As you act as a manager, you must set a goal of becoming the best example for the people working with you. It is very important as people working with you follow your every act. As a matter of fact, it is an additional responsibility and is a tough one indeed. 

You must remain calm and composed in good as well as in bad times. Once you become a manager, you become team manager or team leader. This means that you get followers and they follow you and your every act. They consider you their role model if they feel you are best in terms of being a manager. Therefore, you must turn out to be an example that is followed by others. In addition to it, you must focus on your demonstration skills as they will help you in interacting with people in a better manner. 

Be an inspiration:

In short, you must present yourself as the best example. People will admire you only if you are clear regarding your vision and you have no ambiguity regarding the business goals. Being an inspiration means that you must possess all the positive traits that are valued and respected by your co-workers. 

Be careful:

The next thing is to be very careful in managing things. As mentioned before, you must not lose your temper as this will give a negative impression. You must be strong enough to manage different hard situations.

One of the most effective tip for building a relationship with your clients is that you should have meetings with your clients to update them with your business and about its new products and services. Make sure you have face to face meeting as it is more effective and you have high chances of agreeing your client on something. During face to face meeting, you can discuss things in more details and without any confusion. Make sure you do not annoy your client by frequent meetings.  

Honesty
Honesty is a basic key which every businessman should adopt to build the relationship with the clients. Either you are having face to face meeting or representing your business through some media, you should always tell the truth about your business and make people familiar with your business by representing the true nature of your services or product as it develops the trust of clients on your business and it would be easier to develop relationship with them which ultimately lead your business to success.

Asking your clients’ opinion about your business can also be helpful in building the relationship between you and your clients and it makes them feel like they are part of the business and it also strengthens their trust on the business. Team building is about providing the needed resources to the people of theteam to work in harmony for the achievement of the goal. Team building can be done later anytime by adopting some practices or activities. Below mentioned practices are considered very beneficial for team building.
Make sure of good communication
Communication is an important key to the team building. If you are the leader or managerof the team, you need to make sure that team is communicating with you and other on daily basis. Once they have agood source of communication they can share their views and interests with each other and this will increase their bond and they will feel closer to each other which will lead them to team building.
Get to know your team
You as a manager or a leader of the team should know well about your team and its members. A leader should have the knowledge of every team member’s interests because it gives the idea of their needs to the leader and it can help him to solve their problems. Knowing their issues and resolving them can bring them closer to each other and reduce the chances of conflicts in future.
A leader should also know about the progress of the team about achieving goals and knowledge about who is doing what and the performance of each member. In this way, he can solve the problem of that specific person in case of any need. 
Work for the common goal

It can be an organizational goal because they work in the same organization or it can be thesocial or political goal. Managers of the business are the people who are employed by the business. The managers are appointed to lead the business. They are functionary. The managers accept the responsibility to run the business successfully. The managers know how to play a variety of roles under different circumstances. Sometimes a manager has to play the figure head role, the person who represents a family or a company. Manager is the figurehead of the company. He represents the company at meetings, and in conferences with the clients and traders. The managers also play the role of the supervisors. They are responsible for making the decisions of the business. A manager knows how to rake right decisions. A competent manager takes right decisions at the right time. A manager takes risk in such a manner that it does not affect the business. The manager makes sure to minimize the risks and maximize the profits.
